Performed on a high bar. The athlete swings from a hanging position to a fully inverted position, mimicking the swing phase.

Developing explosive power for the first 10 meters of the approach run. Focus on low body angle and driving through the ground.

Simulates the final push off the pole. Essential for clearing high bars when the pole has finished uncoiling.
