We offer private lessons, and pole vault strength coaching at session, monthly and seasonal memberships rates.
With our elite coaching many of our area vaulters have held best marks in Georgia, multiple state champions, most of our vaulters have improved their personal bests every few months.
We have multiple locations, we host indoor vault training at Atlanta Track Club headquarters and outdoors at Life University in Marietta, GA.

Pole vaulting is a complex event broken down into phases. We focus on mastering each phase through specific drills.
Develop a consistent, rhythmic run with high knees and proper posture. Speed creates energy.
Master the transition of energy from the run to the pole. High hands and active takeoff.
Learn to invert and rotate around the pole (corkscrew) to maximize height over the bar.
Progress safely with landing drills, bail-out techniques, and proper pole selection.
